Meet Rachael Miller: Therapy and Consultation for Women in Leadership

You’ve worked hard to build a life of purpose, impact, and achievement, but when you’re running on empty, it’s hard to feel like yourself. I work with high-functioning, high-performing women in leadership who are feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. Whether you're managing a team, building a business, or simply holding too much for too many people, you can recover clarity, energy, and direction without sacrificing your ambition or your values.

Through therapy, consultation, and focused support, Rachael helps women leaders:

  • Rebuild energy and focus after burnout
  • Set and maintain boundaries (without guilt)
  • Let go of perfectionism and people pleasing
  • Navigate workplace relationships with more confidence
  • Overcome performance anxiety
  • Reconnect with joy, meaning, and leadership on their own terms

With more than 20 years of experience in mental health and organizational leadership, Rachael brings both clinical expertise and real world executive insight to her work. She served on the Board of Directors of the EMDR International Association and the EMDRIA Foundation Board of Trustees, and she is currently a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. She held roles as an executive, professor, international trainer, and trauma specialist.

Rachael offers fully private, self-pay services outside the insurance system so you can receive high quality, personalized support on your own terms. If you’re ready for meaningful, lasting change, schedule a consultation with our new client specialist to answer questions and to book your first session with Rachael.
